Tantric Buddhist Dances
The 8th century "Offering Dance of the Sixteen Goddesses" and Arya Tara, the "Dance of Green Tara" are exquisitely beautiful meditative dances from Kathmandu, Nepal. In the past they were only learned and performed by Tantric Buddhist priests. They bring peace to the dancers and to those who watch. Zena has an Honorary Doctorate of Dance from India.

from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
She is a compassionate female emobdiment
of enlightened energy and when a person is
ready for a leap in consciousness, a Dakini appears to assist in the transformation.
